Ghana Book Project

The Ghana Association of Houston partnered with the Rotaract Club of Houston (with support from the Rotary Club of Houston) in order to benefit the continuing education of children throughout Ghana.  On June 30th, 2007, about 35 people came together to collect and prepare ~78,000 lbs of books to be shipped to Ghana.  The project was facilitated through the hard work and dedication of Rotaractor Oyeba Akyea.

This project will be an ongoing Rotaract project, so please keep checking the upcoming events calendar to find out when we will have our next event.
